Monthly Distribution
Monthly Distribution is used to allocate an annual budget across months by percentage to control monthly expenses.
TO access Monthly Distribution:
Login to ERP > Desktop > Accounting > Monthly Distribution
How to Create Monthly Distribution
- Under cost centers and budgeting section select Monthly Distribution
- Click Add Monthly Distribution
- Set Distribution Name
- Select Fiscal Year
- On the Monthly Distribution Percentages tables specify the precentage allocation
- Click Save
