Monthly Distribution is used to allocate an annual budget across months by percentage to control monthly expenses.

TO access Monthly Distribution:

Login to ERP > Desktop > Accounting > Monthly Distribution

How to Create Monthly Distribution

  1. Under cost centers and budgeting section select Monthly Distribution
  2. Click Add Monthly Distribution
  3. Set Distribution Name
  4. Select Fiscal Year
  5. On the Monthly Distribution Percentages tables specify the precentage allocation
  6. Click Save
