A Deal represents a potential sales opportunity your company is pursuing with a customer or prospect. Deals help track progress, manage collaboration, and estimate potential revenue until the opportunity is closed.
To access Deals:
Login → Desktop → Frappe CRM → Deals
Create Deal
To create a new deal in Frappe CRM:
- Go to Frappe CRM → Deals.
- Click Create in the top-right corner.
- In the Create Deal dialog, choose whether to link:
- An existing Organization
- An existing Contact
- Enter organization-related details:
- Organization Name
- Website
- Industry
- No. of Employees
- Annual Revenue
- Territory
- Enter primary contact details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Primary Email
- Primary Mobile No
- Set the Status (for example, Qualification).
- Assign a Deal Owner.
- Click Create to save the deal.
