An Appointment Letter is a formal letter issued by the employer to selected candidates, inviting them to join the organization for a specific position.

To access Appointment Letter, go to:

Login > Desktop > HR > Appointment Letter

Create an Appointment Letter

  1. Click Add Appointment Letter.
  2. Select the Job Applicant.
  3. Select the Company.
  4. Set the Appointment Date.
  5. Select the Appointment Letter Template.
  6. Review or edit the Introduction in the body section.
  7. Click Save.
